Once they clear out the user names and create new ones they are able to log in and view the pay stubs. Your employees need to contact Intuit directly and provide the email and user name information they use when they log in and they will need the EIN of your company in order for Intuit to find them, when our employees are chatting with an Intuit rep they advised them that it's a something with user name or login information and it's tripping up the login (if they use Turbo Tax or another Intuit product it could be causing the problem).
